Re-Grouting

     Often times our customers have tile that looks perfectly fine, but the grout has turned an evil shade of "yuck!" There is certainly no need to "rip and replace" and in most cases the tiles don't need refinishing. So we can come in to remove the old dirty looking grout and replace it with fresh new grout making your tub look like new again.

Re-Caulking

     Nasty caulk can make a fixture look bad as quick as anything we have seen. It doesn't take very long for caulk to begin to develop mold and mildew. To compound the problem, I have seen many terrible caulk jobs along the way. Globs of caulk with lumps and divots offer places for water to sit and breed mold.

     What's worse are the problems that can happen when an improper caulk job is in a shower or tub surround. Leaks can develop and the water behind the wall will create black mold and other health hazards. It may even destroy the wall behind the tile. I have seen cases where the drywall behind the tile has completely disintegrated and only the grout was holding the tile up. Talk about a "house of cards" in your shower!

     Sometimes new caulk (done right) can make a huge difference and go a long way in making your fixtures look better than ever.
