Grout Cleaning

Let Bath Renewal Steam Clean Your Grout Lines

Regardless of how clean you are, if you have tile floors with grout, your grout is going to get dirty. In fact the very process of cleaning your floor most often serves to push dirt further in to your grout.

Grout is a very porous surface and that surface allows dirty and grime to get in. Simply mopping or even vacuuming will not get out this ground in dirt and grime. We use a commercial grade high pressure steam vapor system to blast out the dirt and grime and return your grout to its original color. We then seal the grout with a high grade sealer (or sometimes the home owner opts to seal it themselves to save money) to help protect the grout from dirt getting in again. We recommend that the home owner re-seal the grout every 2-3 years to keep the grout looking like new for years to come.

Steam Cleaning

We use the same commercial grade high pressure steam vapor system to clean as well. We can clean more than just grout. One of the best cleaning usages of this system is to kill odor causing bacteria and dust mites in carpet or on bedding. The vapor from our system gets much hotter than the water used by carpet cleaners that clean your carpet. This kills the bacteria and dust mites completely.

Then once the carpet dries (which doesn't take long since we're not injecting your carpet with water) you vacuum up the dead dust mites and bacteria in a HEPA vacuum. This process does not clean stains from your carpet or make it "look" any cleaner, but it makes it much more safe and healthy. People who suffer from allergies benefit the most from this service.
