90-Days Same As Cash

1. Payment terms are 25% payment upon completion, 25% at 30-Days, 25% at 60-Days, and the remaining 25% at 90-Days.
2. No credit checks required.
3. Signed agreement must be made prior to commencment of work.
4. Offer ends Septermber 30, 2009.
5. Certain restrictions apply:
1. Limit one open job per customer
2. Additional money required upon completion of work on all jobs where the material cost exceeds 30% of the total cost of the job
3. Offer only available on jobs of $350 or more
4. All jobs must be scheduled with us prior to September 30, 2009 and all work must be completed prior to October 31, 2009
6. Interest (18% APR) will be compounded daily on balance of money owed to us. This interest will be waived if payments are made on time every month and the balance is paid in full according to the agreement.
7. Failure to keep agreement will result in us seeking any and all legal and administrative remedies available including but not limited to small claims court, mechanics liens, negative reports to credit bureaus, etc.
